This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, washer and dryer and balconies off of both the living room and dining room. Linens and towels are also provided. The facilities include a heated pool, tennis courts and a covered pavilion with grilling area.

This unit is the perfect launching point for anything you would want to do in the Sarasota/Siesta key area. Walkable distance to the beach. We loved the “beach” closet, outfitted with everything we would possibly need for a day on the beach (even a cooler and sunscreen!). The unit was a very comfortable temperature despite the heat and humidity of Florida in July. The view from the balcony provided a lovely view of the amazing sunsets

The room cleean,have all the extra stuffs that we need,but we not expected have those there ,surprise us.Love the bacalny,the decoration,very close to the beach, cross the street. You can see beach view from the bacalny. We not use the pool,because the beach just right there.Water is calm,clear,sand is white .Love all of it. Everything is close: downtown, farmer martket, restaurants,coffee shops,bakery shops,things to do ...Love,Sarasota,safe,relax, fun,and play
