My husband and I love condo 312! This was about our 4th time in this condo and we will definitely return. There is new furniture in the living area including a sleeper sofa and new furniture on the lanai. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedroom. We enjoyed having coffee on the lanai and sitting on the bay watching the boats go by at night.
