Great stay definitely better for a couples stay than a 1 but would do it again!

I loved the place due to its excellent location near the beach. I highly highlight how well-equipped it is, both the kitchen and the beach extras (the wagon and chairs are a huge plus). The pool was big and very clean. I hope to return soon! As a suggestion for improvement, the AC is only in the bedroom. In the other area (where the kitchen and oven are), there is only a ceiling fan. When the bedroom door is closed or when cooking during the day, that area feels trapped and hot. A small additional AC unit or more fans in the common area would improve the experience 100%. Despite that, we had a great time.

Great place! Very very clean. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach (we went to see the sunset every night!) Kids used the pull out couch and it was honestly brand new! Super comfy!!

This is a little gem perfect for couples! We enjoyed everything about the place. The beaches are beautiful, the town was fabulous and the unit we stayed in was perfect. Just the right size. We didn’t have any complaints! I would highly recommend this unit for a vacation stay.

ow! What a rare find! When we booked we knew we’d be close to the beach and also to the village…we just didn’t realize HOW CLOSE! I’m talking a 3 min walk in either direction and you’re either at the beach or at the Siesta Key village with all the shops and dining! The interior of the unit is pristine! Finishes are lovely and beachy. Onsite access to laundry facilities and a swimming pool was amazing. Although we’re in a downstairs unit, we never heard neighbors above us or around us. COLD A/C! Bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. Management was very communicative and proactive to making sure we had everything we needed. Already telling our friends about it and looking forward to coming back soon! Thanks again for making our vacation effortless…as it should be!

We never used the pool although it looked nice, we took advantage of going to the beach every day. The place was absolutely perfect. I can't wait to rent again. It was very clean and decorated so nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed for our vacation. We will see you again

This was the perfect location to the beach and Siesta Key village. Everything was a short walk. Our room was decorated beautifully, looked brand new and very clean. I called to see if they had any beach umbrellas and they immediately brought one over. Our Siesta Key relations person, Jarrett was very nice to work with us. We would love to rent this exact place and room again!

This was seriously a gem. The location was PERFECT! Literal steps to the beach and a couple of blocks to the village. An assigned parking space for the unit if you have a car. The space itself was pristine, well appointed and comfortable. Loved that there was a tv in the living area, as well as the bedroom. Beach chairs, wagon and soft-sided cooler were a nice touch too. Hosts communicated frequently and were always friendly. Definitely recommend!
