| The check in was confusing, as an email was sent saying we had to p/u key at management co. When all along we could have gone directly to the property. Honestly , it really didn’t take us out of the way at all, but thought u should mention.The property was fantastic, clean, close to everything. Our cottage was private, clean and quiet. The unit was clean and very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again! The only drawback is that the unit no longer had a washer and dryer in the unit, but there was a washer/dryer a very short walk for a fee. | We had a wonderful vacation in Siesta Key the first week in March 2025. The 1-bedroom cottage has ample space for two people with a warm and cozy feeling inside and a private deck outside surrounded by palm trees. Beach access is within a short walk from the house and to the village downtown. It wasn't advertised but two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. | My husband and I stayed in the cottage 7/1 - 7/5/24. If I could give it 10 stars I would. The location is amazing - steps from the beach and just a 5 - 10 minute walk to the village. The pictures are accurate but the place is way cuter in person. It looks small but there is plenty of space and lots of storage/closet space. The unit was spotless and had all the extras we needed - beach chairs, umbrella, iron & ironing board, paper towels, toilet paper, dish liquid, utensils etc etc — without being overstocked or cluttered. I saw one review that said the bed was uncomfortable but we found it to be very comfortable. And communication was proactive & friendly without being obtrusive. | This was the perfect cozy home away from home!!!! So conveniently located so we could walk to the beach in about 3-4 minutes and so close to the village with all of the shops! This was also the perfect place to just wind down after a long day in the sun and feel so cozy. I will totally recommend this space!!
