As you enter your new annual tradition, you’ll feel all your stress disappear. Guests can relax on the large sectional and watch a movie in the living room or head to the den to practice their pool skills. The kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, including pots, pans, and utensils, and sweeping granite countertops with bar seating, and off to the right is a dining table. There is an additional living area with a sleeper sofa and a TV, with plenty of room for games.

The main house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the guest house is apartment-like, with one bedroom and one bathroom. The primary bedroom has chic furnishings with seating, a desk, and private doors leading to the pool. The primary ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling unique tiling. The second and third bathrooms have built-in storage, making it easy to see every vacation outfit for the trip, and TVs for late-night entertainment. The second bathroom has access from the hallway and the pool area. The guest house is accessed from the screened-in pool area. It has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
