| This is a great location! Super clean and well stocked. Within walking distance to shops and beach. We especially enjoyed the sunroom too and the cute decor in the backyard. Unfortunately we were promised one parking spot and there were none available when we got there. Every time we moved our car we had to either park on the grass or block the sidewalk. | Great location! A quick walk to the beach or to restaurants and shops in the village. The neighborhood is quiet despite being so close to the Village. | The house is exactly as pictured and one block from the beach and beach access 7 is across the street. Everything we needed was there including beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie board, umbrella and beach towels. The gas grill worked well and was very clean and everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. Nanda was wonderful and ensured everything we needed was there. When the dryer failed to work she sent someone out immediately and it was fixed right away. Highly recommend this place! | The home was great - well cared for, homey touches, and very clean. The location was also great - short walk to a beach access point and restaurants/shops, yet still very quiet. One negative that was minor but worth noting: The support didn’t seem knowledgeable about the home - the agents weren’t able to answer a question about where to locate the outdoor trash bins; one agent offered to follow up but never did. I followed up later and did ultimately get an answer. Also the guest binder didn’t provide common logistic info about the home (e.g. where to locate beach chairs, tv app options, how to access laundry, etc.) as I’ve seen in other airbnbs. We didn't have any major issues that required support, so for us this only caused minor inconveniences. |

| Nice tucked-away location located just far away from the main strip to allow for a quiet stay while still allowing sub 5-minute access to the beach, dining, and local entertainment and retail locations. The Airbnb has a lovely outdoor patio and backyard for relaxing after a day at the beach. Importantly, a hose-off location is conveniently accessible. The interior was perfectly clean, with functional appliances and a nice décor. The AC was outstanding, as were the beds and linens provided. | This is our 3rd year coming to Siesta Key and our first year staying here. It was absolutely perfect! The location is incredible, within a 7 minute walk to everything we wanted to do! | This was a perfect location and rental for our weekend in Siesta Key! Walking distance to the beach and Siesta Village, although we did rent a golf cart for fun. House was clean, but warm when we arrived. We waited a few hours, and when it still hadn’t cooled we texted the property manger, not expecting much seeing that it was already after 5pm on a Friday. Within a minute we had a response, and within 20 min, a technician was there to check the system. The communication and attention from the property manager was fantastic! The house was cool by the time we returned from dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
