| The Pool House was the PERFECT vacation spot for our family. The house was beautiful, great space, AMAZING pool, and you cannot beat the location. It was about a block to the (gorgeous!!!) beach and about 2 blocks to restaurants, shopping, ice cream, and drinks! You definitely don’t need to drive once you arrive, which we loved. | What you see, is what you get! The heated pool and jacuzzi was so amazingly warm. We stayed 3 nights from the 2nd to the 5th. There were 6 in our party. Great table to have game night. Walking distance to everything! The kitchen, bath rooms and whole house was spotless. Great value for sure. At sunset we walked down to listen to taps being played as they lowered old glory each night. The beach sand squeaks between your toes. The softest in the world. There were plenty of beach chairs, a beach wagon and cooler that were made available to us. All in all, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised and delighted if you were to book this vacation home. I own one as well and I'm very picky. One thing I would say is that you might want to bring an extra blanket or the host should supply extra for those that Like a little more substance in their bedding. | The house wasn’t 100% cleaned upon arrival and the pool was quite dirty as well. We understand things can happen in a few hours but the pool wasn’t cleaned properly, water levels were low, and the pump wasn’t running. It was cleaned the next day which is fine but that first night we arrived we were disappointed. Also the couches outside were dirty. There is also in the rooms upstairs the blinds are broken. We requested a late check out the day before and we were confirmed to have an extra hour (11am) and we are woken up at 10am by someone telling us that we need to leave and that the “late check out” was invalid. She didn’t believe that we were confirmed to have an extra hour and still proceeded to tell us that we needed to leave at 10am. I am the only person paying for this entire reservation, on my birthday, being woken up by someone basically telling me that I’m lying about receiving a “late checkout” of only 1 additional hour. Not to mention there was a torrential downpour outside, a huge thunderstorm that made it extremely difficult for us to leave. We felt ridiculous having to explain ourselves and send photos of proof of the late check out confirmation on this app. We would have handled things differently and it definitely left a negative feeling and lost business. We have a massive social media following and understand that online presence can make or break a business. Also we received a call before check in that was bizarre, making us unsure if we were allowed to have guests over for dinner without having an accurate count on the reservation. |

| We had a large crew. A family of 5, a family of 3, + 2 more friends. Plenty of room. The pool was great. The location splits the distance between the local main street of restaurants+ in one direction and the beach in the other direction. Ideal. I misplaced the check-in information and the property team gently reminded me where to look. There were some minor items we could not get working (lights and fans) that were cheerfully fixed. At the time, the WiFi throughput sometimes had trouble with remote summer classwork for 2 of the teens. I believe that has been improved since then. The only very small issue we had was there were a couple of times where other families thought that our private pool was open to the public and we had to inform them that they were at the wrong pool for their vacation. | This house looks much better in person than in the photos. We loved almost everything about this house. The decor, the cleanliness, the backyard, the amazing service we received from Dana and her team. The location is amazing. 2 blocks to water and 2 blocks the other way to the “downtown” strip with shops and restaurants. The house was a perfect size for our 4 families with little kids. We spent our day mostly in the backyard after coming back from the beach. The pool and backyard ambience are amazing. We had everything we needed for our stay in this house. The only hiccups we had were that the upstairs AC was not working properly and rooms were very warm in the evening. They should be able to fix that. The beds were also very noisy and you couldn’t move in bed without having it squeak really loudly. Again, something they should be able to fix easily. We had an issue with water not shutting off in upstairs bathroom but Dana sent in her maintenance team and then plumber to fix the issue. They also left a $100 gift card for our troubles at a local restaurant. The service was top notch and that is very important when the unexpected takes place. These things happen when you have a home so I appreciated them taking care of everything. The smaller things are what’s important like having a hose to wash off the sand in the side of the house along with a side entrance. Gated patio area to make sure kids don’t go into pool by themselves etc. We had a great experience overall and made so many great memories in this house. Loved it! | This home is gorgeous inside and out. The saltwater pool and hot tub and the surrounding lush back yard are highlights. It is so close to the best white sand beach I've ever experienced. And it is within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Being one black from the Gulf and one block from all the action is perfect. Our days consisted of pool, beach, pool, beach and then dinner and maybe pool again. Everything is casual which is exactly the way we like it. My kids are 11 and 12 and they were able to walk around with no concerns. We did bring our own rafts for the pool. | We have stayed at Siesta a few times, and this was the best location by far. Walking out of the house, you look left you can see the beach and ocean, you look right and you can see The Hub and The Lobster Pot. The house's backyard is very private, with a very nice heated pool and hot tub. There is a lot of outdoor space. We used the outdoor living space every day, and the covered patio we turned into a second family room by easiliy rearranging the outdoor furniture. There's also a mini bar if you want to play "Isaac". We had 3 families, 8 kids, 6 adults. Overall enough space, the bunk rooms were nicely sized, and the upstairs bathroom was decent size and adequate. The the master bedrooms on the first floor were sufficient for the 3 couples. I would 100% stay at this house again! Splitting hairs: 2 out of the 3 master bedrooms we a little tight, but with a house like that and one of the greatest beach around, size of the bedroom just doesn't matter. There was some beach gear, but be prepared to bring or buy an umbrella and maybe some beach chairs. Communication and check in went smooth, and we look forward to renting again. | The Pool House surpassed our expectations. The house is very spacious and perfect for a large group. We were 5 single women and there was more than enough space for us. The bedrooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Four of the five bedrooms have ensuite bath. The kitchen was well appointed. The pool area is very large with a pool that you can actually swim in and a hot tub, (both of which are maintained twice a week) eight comfortable lounge chairs, a pool table, a covered dining area and a second seating area. The house is well appointed and staff was readily available to answer any questions or fix minor problems for us. The beach is less than a 5 min walk away and you are on the quiet part of Siesta Key beach which was perfect for us. The village is a 3 min walk away. | Property is well maintained and in as absolutely perfect location. The beach is a block and a half away while shops, restaurants and a food market are a block and a half the other direction. Bedrooms are very quiet and the home is quite kid friendly. The pictures of the backyard pool area really don’t do it justice, it was gorgeous! The grandkids loved it and their parents appreciated it as well. All of the furniture and amenities were clean, up to date and well thought out. We would definitely stay at this property again. | We had an amazing stay at this property with our children and grandchildren. The location couldn't be any better. We were a short walk to the beach and an equally short walk to the village. Even our 2 and 3 year old grandchildren could comfortably walk back and forth. There is a market in the village, which we visited at least daily to pick up those few items that we seemed to need to restock. The pool area was amazing. While the first floor bedrooms are a bit on the smaller side, they each have their own bath and the beds were very comfortable. One odd thing - there was a a lot of activity on the one side of the house because an outside shower, a bathroom and laundry were available for resort guests. We wondered if the general public were at times using those facilities because there was so much activity? When I first booked this property almost a year in advance, there wasn't a washer or dryer in the house. But I called on two separate occasions, asking that they please consider adding. I felt for the price of the house and the number of guests, they should be included. Happily, they were put in before our stay!! Billy, our concierge, was very attentive and helpful as well. | We found this property to be the perfect setting for our family that includes 10 members. Each couple had their own bedroom retreat and the open kitchen / family room allowed for us to get together for special meals and entertainment. The pool outside and barbecue area was a great way to relax. We even were able to play table tennis. A touch of nature allowed for us to view 4 baby owls nesting in the hut rafters. The one issue of concern was that each day a group of 10-12 teenage boys and girls would come off the beach and use the facilities between the buildings. They were loud with music and vulgar language. They also put paper towels in the sink to stop it up and let it overflow.
