| The location was beyond amazing, just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The house itself was beautiful and the amenities were spectacular. We went a big family and had a great time with the pool and slide. I had to result to help with customer service and they were great help and answered back fast and overall very great customer service. My only complaint is that since it is in a residential neighborhood, the neighbor next door was very rude about letting us know to keep it down. The welcome binder states to keep it at an orderly noise level and we tried our best too however with a pool slide and multiple toddlers it was a bit hard too. The neighbor told us multiple times to keep it down using bad words and was just very unkind when there was no need.. However this has nothing to do with the property itself just letting y'all know to keep in mind that at night you have to be very quiet while being outside. The pool is so relaxing, we thought the waterfall was a tad loud, (maybe thats just us) oh and watch your head if your an adult going down the waterslide, I think its mainly meant for the kiddos, just sayin'... | This was all around the perfect vacation rental! It’s easily walkable to the beach and to the village. This part of the beach is less crowded and unique, because they play taps and lower the flagIt’s at sunset. It’s really beautiful. There were so many things about this property that make it special. | Gorgeous home in super convenient location. Easily able to accommodate many people with the 6 bedrooms (multiple beds in some) and 6 bathrooms! Plenty of great activities and restaurants only a short walk away. Unfortunately the water heater was not functioning on our first night, but the issue was addressed and resolved quickly the next morning. The doors have an very loud alarm that triggers anytime a person enters the house, so a warning about that in the booking listing would have been nice. Overall, highly recommended property. | We loved this home, it was space planned really well for our family of 11. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, which is a plus, then can gather together in the open floor plan Living/dining/kitchen areas as well. Only a short walk to the beach and there were two wagons and beach chairs/coolers you could use. The pool and water slide was a favorite amongst the kids and there were plenty of water/beach toys in the deck boxes. Everything was impeccably clean, even the outdoor grill. We really loved this place and would book again for next year. A few things to keep in mind before your travels: - Pack your bug sprays and citronella candles, at dusk the mosquitos will eat you alive. - Adhere to the noise ordinance, the neighbor that lives next door will so kindly remind you. Even if it’s just the kids playing in the pool after 10. This was the only downside. - The back room with the white full/full bunk beds does not have a closet, only the storage armoire/chest shown in photos. We wished there was more seating in the living room, maybe another sofa would be nice. Family movie night was a little tough to squeeze together in on one sofa and three chairs. | Our family of 20 stayed for a mini summer vacation, age group 4-63. This home had something for everyone! We were located just 1/2 block from the beach and equal distance to shops and bars. Location is great, home was spotless, comfortable layout for big groups. Parking for large groups is tricky however we were able to fit 4 large suv/trucks in driveway and 2 suv in parking spot next to home. I’d recommend consolidating into as least cars as possible as the property does not provide parking permits and there is no public parking close by. | Everything was fantastic. The house had plenty of space and the location can’t be beat. As a heads up, the next door neighbor is ornery. He asked us to be quiet when we were just talking outside on the porch (no music and we are 8 moms in their late 30s). That was a bit annoying so we wound up just staying inside at night. | This property looks small from the street but WOW is it terrific. Each bedroom and bath were amply sized and the TVs in each bedroom gave everyone an opportunity out for alone time. The pool/spa/slide is attractive and we spent a lot of time enjoying the facilities. We were all able to gather for dinner and there’s plenty of lounging space in the living area and outside. The property is a very easy walk to both the beach and the village and the wheeled cart allows easy transport of chairs, cooler etc to the beach. There was virtually nothing missing from the property. Unfortunately the grill was not working for the entire week we were there, and while we would have liked to grill out, it wasn’t a deal breaker. | Stayed here for a bachelorette celebration! The house was very cute and clean. Comfortable living quarters and loved that every room had its own bathroom! | We had to put together a family reunion at the last minute, and thankfully we were able to rent the property on Siesta Key. The property and location was perfect, with access to the onsite pool, as well as walking distance to the beach and downtown restaurants. We only had one small miscommunication with the access code, but the emergency number we called was very responsive to our needs. | Where to begin.. what a truly magnificent find! This house and the property managers (for us, it was Dana) maintaining it have to be one of AirBnb's hidden gems. Communication began early on as soon as I made the booking. We were all information we could ask for on the house and area well in advance. Check-in is a breeze with digital door lock. The starter pack provided with the house was perfect for buying us time to make a grocery run. We slept 22 split amongst the various rooms, couch, and an air mattress. I will say that you should definitely bring air mattresses if you're planning on filling all the rooms. There's a huge outdoor freezer we used to house ice bags and alcohol. The indoor fridge is very roomy, but expect to need extra space for large parties. Also, it's worth noting the ice maker is a bit slow, but bags of ice are very cheap. The pool and patio are awesome. The parking provided space for 5 cars and we used a permit pass for a sixth. The proximity to the beach and all the beach goodies provided (including a wagon) make this a go-to house for anyone lucky enough to book it! | Amjad | 5 | Hi Amjad,

| We rent in Florida all the time, have for years. We’ve stayed in the cocoa beach area, Orlando/ Kissimmee area, all over. We have never seen a property quite like this. You get more than you expect to get with this property. Location is amazing, pool was also maintained and warm during our cooler weather days, the property manager is KILLER! We left a bag behind and she got it mailed to us the very next day! I have rented places before and you get there and pictures don’t do it justice, the heat doesn’t work on hot tub, always having to call and ask questions to get things fixed. —NOT THIS PLACE. The pictures represent it well, the hot tub is extremely warm, and everything was self explanatory and everything worked. Not a single complaint or issue! I tried to re- book for March spring break and it isn’t available, the neighbor guy came over 2x to have us turn our music down during non quiet hours (around 2pm or so) and it was even good music! | I need to start with Dana and the responsiveness. All emails were handled almost immediately. Example. We were going to use the blended on a Sunday night. I emailed Dana and told her it's not a big deal but the one at the rental is broken. It was replaced delivered in person immediately. There were 14 of us. Ages 11 through 67, inclusive of 5 teenagers. We had a fantastic time in the pool. The beach is one minute away and isn't crowded like the main beaches are. The shops, grocery store, and restaurants are a block away, heading in the opposite direction. The activities and tours are close by too. The only recommendation that we can make is to purchase a large crock pot to make a meal and then spend time at the beach or in the pool. | First, this house is spectacular! With 6 bedrooms and 6 luxurious bathrooms, everyone had there own space. The property was immaculate and the linen service amazing. Every bedspread was freshly cleaned, as well as all the linens. There were tons of beach towels. The kitchen was well supplied. The absolute BEST part...the private pool with a waterfall and slide. So fun during the day for our 5 children, and lovely at night with the lights. Great front porch for morning coffee and a covered patio area with 2 swings, comfortable chairs and a tv. The beach was a 2 minute walk, Siesta Village a 4 minute walk. So easy to grill poolside or run up to Dacquiri Deck for a quick dinner. And then Big Olaf’s every night for ice cream! Furthermore, our property manager, Dana, was available for phone calls and questions...she was so friendly and helpful. | At first I didn't want to give a great review because then we may have a hard time booking this house next time...but that would be selfish and not fair to Dana (property concierge) who was very nice and accommodating! Our family/friends of 10 loved the house. The house lies on one of the main streets that people walk to access the beach/Village strip...we had many people stop and ask about it. The pool-grotto/hot tub was for sure the main draw. Being that we were here in January, some of the days were chilly. The heated pool and hot tub are a game changer. The covered porch/patio area were also utilized most of the stay...having a TV outside, is a plus. The kids were more than happy. The inside was very modern as you can see from the pictures and the fact that EVERYONE (bedroom) has their own bathroom is very hard to come by. You'd be lucky to find a house that sleeps this many people and everyone has a bathroom...anywhere in Florida. Back to the location...parking is hard to come by in Siesta Key near the Village...being that this house has a driveway that fits about 4 vehicles and that it's so close to everything, you won't need to drive once you get here.
