| We loved the house and the location with regards to the beach and the main street downtown was awesome. Located close to trolley stops. Great spacing in the house for all 6 kids and 4 adults. | The property is an excellent option for a family getaway at Siesta Key. Bedrooms layout is excellent, with two private bathrooms. We also used the fourth floor room and the terrace, that was a plus! We used almost all the kitchen features, as well as the laundry. The beach carts, tent and chairs were another nice surprise! As well as the garage and the pool and game room. The elevator was a bit tricky to use, but it helped a lot loading/unloading our stuff. The property is located across the beach main street with easy access; and a few blocks from the village attractions. We loved the open floor plan and space for our family. It was a nice bonus to have beach chairs and umbrella, too. Even though you're not right on the beach, you still have ocean views. | From the moment we arrived, we knew we would feel right at home here. The property was very clean, extremely spacious, and had everything we needed and more to make our stay amazing! The beds were very comfortable. The view from the top floor was spectacular. We spent the Fourth of July here, and you could see at least 20 fireworks displays all around you from the rooftop. It was amazing!!! The pool was perfect after a hot day at the beach. | The unit was terrific. Once oriented with all of the access doors/elevator, you were able to enjoy all of the amenities. The living space on the 2nd floor was really nice. Open, spacious and plenty of room to easily accommodate 8+ adults. All bedroom areas were clean and spacious. Plenty of bedding. On the 4th floor deck, they installed lattice for children. This could have been removed for adult tenants as it did not add to a really good view of the beach and sunsets. One downside would be sharing the small pool with the guests in the 2nd unit. It was awkward when you didn't have enough seating. This was more of an inconvenience than an issue. | The property was just as it appeared on the website. Very spacious, nicely decorated with lots of room. The location was just across the street from the ocean access and the beach was gorgeous. Beautiful white sugar sand and gentle waves. We used the beach wagon, boogie boards, chairs, and beach toys. They have several coolers for use as well. We had six people so we all had our own bedroom and full bath. There is a trundle bed on the upper level that we did not use but could easily fit another 2 people. Pool is a nice size - bigger than I expected and was great for cooling off after being at the beach most of the day. Before we left we took a look at Unit B which shares the pool and game room. It's smaller but would be a great addition if you have a large group. Could easily sleep another 6 (or 8 if you have children). Andrew was great to work with and gave us great suggestions on local food and attractions. The guys went on a trip with Reel Fishing and caught numerous big fish. The trolley makes it easy to get around - you really don't need a vehicle if you can Uber from the airport. They are not allowed to supply any foodstuffs because of the risk of tampering. | If you are looking for a place that has easy access to the beach but not right in the middle of town, this is an excellent place to stay. Beach access 10 is right across the street and still in the area without the crowd of people and the “nice” spot for your family to enjoy. This place is still in walking distance to the town with the shops and restaurant and felt very safe to walk there at night time. The house itself was very accommodating to our family of 8. Spacious kitchen to make family meals when wanting a night in. When not at the beach we enjoyed the heated pool and the pool table in the game room. Would recommend this to family and friends. |

| We had 4 couples for a long weekend and were very satisfied with this rental. We had plenty of space to spread out. Our favorite thing was the location to the beach. It was a very short walk to get right on the beach. Our biggest surprise was the amount of beach gear available to use at the house! Plenty of beach chairs and even a beach buggy to use instead of carrying everything. We had a few small issues and questions while we were there and our representative Kelly was very helpful and quick to reply. Overall a wonderful stay! |

| The space, a duplex, is spread over three floors above a two-car garage (Unit A). Unit B does not have access to the garage or to the elevator. Our unit was bright, clean, roomy, pleasant, and included a very well-equipped kitchen along with an adjacent laundry room with excellent washer and dryer. The rooms are accurately represented by the photos provided. A concierge was assigned to help us with any problems while staying there, a nice feature. The elevator developed problems during our stay, but men were quickly dispatched to give it a thorough repair that soon had it working perfectly.
