This condo has all the amenities of home, after being completely gutted with a redesigned open concept kitchen with quality custom cabinets and Silestone countertops .This unit has a master bedroom with king size Sleep Number, private secure FIOS Internet connection and built-in computer workstation area in the guest bedroom. The bathrooms have been enlarged to maximum space, and quality built-ins have been installed. It is equipped with its own washer and dryer for your convenience. You are just a short walk down the walkway to the #1 rated Siesta Key Beach to watch the most beautiful sunsets. The on-site management - rental office will take care of your needs during your visit. Swim in any of the 3 heated sparkling pools on the grounds. Feel free to use the BBQ grills, one beach side and the other near the shuffleboard court and community patio. This unit has a 7 night minimum rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

| Great Stay | Stephanie | 4 | Our stay at Jamaica Royal was great The condos private beach is about a five minute walk from the unit There is also a bathroom closer to the beach in one of the towers which was nice so we didnt have to walk back and forth to the unit on beach days The unit is close to the office and the road which is nice if you plan on utilizing the free ride services The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean upon arrival Unit was quiet and we didnt hear any noise from neighbors or other units About halfway through our stay our coffee maker broke I reached out to the office and within 5 minutes they brought us a brand new one It was a great perk to have a washer and dryer in the unit Unfortunately when using the dryer you had to hold the door closed or else the door would unlatch a bit and the dryer would stopIt is important to mention that you should be prepared to buy a few things if you are staying for a week We had to buy laundry soap dishwasher pods coffee filters toilet paper and paper towels Check out requirements were minimal We only needed to start the dishwasher and pile up towels All things considered it was a very nice unit complex and stay We will be back again | 07/02/2021 |
| Clean but wish we were provided with extra supplie | Megan | 4 | Overall we had a wonderful time at Jamaica Royale The instructions before arrival and after were very detailed which helped When we walked into the condo upon arrival the condo was very clean We loved that the condo provided beach supplies and that the property provided beach chairs We discovered that the toaster was broken and when we let the front desk know they gave us a new toaster right away The grounds were well taken care of and we enjoyed the clean and maintained swimming pools The beds in the condo were comfortable and we slept well We felt safe the entire time we were there The condo provided us with all the kitchen supplies we needed The only inconvenience for us was the limited amount of cleaning supplies we received and not being given replenishes of these items We traveled by plane from out of state so we did not come with laundry detergent trash bags dishwasher detergent and toilet paper We knew we had to get food but were surprised that we were given a small amount of detergent for the dishwasher and no detergent for laundry We cooked a lot of our meals out of the condo and did a lot of laundry having small children We also wanted to make sure we could keep the condo looking nice with cleaning products that were not provided at all but the cleaning team could come in for additional fee I understand if you are eating out a lot do not have small children and not staying as long as we did For our family this was the only inconvenience and we ended up having to spend more on items we did not realize would not be replenished Overall a great experience Thanks | 05/26/2021 |
