Modern poolside studio/efficiency unit located on our beautifully landscaped property. This unit is located right next to Pool #2! The appliances and furniture have been updated along with granite countertop. Beautiful leather sleeper sofa and 50" flat screen TV and DVD player. With the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa, two people who rent can have their own bed! Walk to the beach with coffee and enjoy any of the 3 heated pools on the grounds along with our lighted shuffleboard courts. Note: This unit is a 1 to 2 person rental. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

| Right on the beach | Linda | 5 | Was looking for a place that we didn39t have to walk a mile to get to the beach and this was perfect There are 3 pools and the first one is right next to beach You can lay at pool and enjoy the beautiful ocean Hard to find in Siesta Key We chose a ground unit instead of one in the towers Ours was directly across from the second pool so convenient And parking was directly in back of our unit Out of the car and into our condo easy for luggage groceries beach equipment etc Jamaica Royale39s staff were pleasant and easy to deal with When we had a couple issues they responded right away We will def be returning on our next vacation to Siesta Key | 06/13/2019 |
