| We REALLY enjoyed our stay here in Siesta Key/Sarasota!! 10/10 recommend! Close to shopping, bars, nice places to eat within 10mins or less! We will definitely be back & bring other couples our kids with us. It was a nice little getaway and so close to the beach which was a nice perk! We loved the pool & spa! Heated just perfectly & the colorful pool lights were a nice surprise! The home was very clean & had pretty much everything we needed. The only thing we would suggest or wish the home provided was pool mats or floats (for laying around in the pool) & for the master shower to have shelves for holding our soaps, sponges, etc. But those are just little things! | This property was perfect for our vacation with our two adult kids. It was clean and well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen supplies! Only hiccup was the sliding glass doors to the master bedroom were broke and would not lock. The area seemed safe so we weren’t worried but not ideal as you can imagine. Maintenance did come right away but it couldn’t be fixed during our stay so hopefully it was completed before the next guests arrived. Beyond that, great space and great location. | Great location I didn’t have to drive. The beach and restaurants are 2 minutes away. The pool was a plus and the house was clean and comfortable. I loved this place I would definitely return. | My family and I had a fantastic time the week we stayed here! There were 6 adults and two kids and our dog and it was a good size house for us. The house is clean, a short walk to the beautiful beach and Siesta Key Village with lots of tourists shops and restaurants, Loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need, it even has a large crock pot that came in handy. It was a safe area, we had no problems. Couldn’t park our large truck, or SUV in the garage, but they fit in the driveway at an angle. Next time we will do our grocery shopping at Detwiler’s Farm Market, which is actually a grocery store we came across our last day. A good place to eat seafood nearby is Turtles restaurant. | This house was perfect for our large family vacation. The location was wonderful.. 5 min walk to the village and beach access. The master bedrooms were large and spacious and the bunk rooms were for our 4 teenagers. The house is very tastefully decorated and kitchen had plenty of dishes etc. Only complaint we have was that the mattresses on the bunk beds were VERY uncomfortable.. you could feel the springs and very lumpy. An upgrade on those mattresses would be recommended. Master beds however, were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and a very popular spot for everyone to spend time. | We just returned from Siesta Key and we had the best time. The locals are some of the most friendly people we've ever met. There were 6 of of that stayed at this property. The property is very clean and in the perfect location to walk to anything in Siesta Key Village and the beach. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! My only suggestion would be to put some body mirrors in the bedrooms. The bathrooms are very tiny so it is impossible for two people to get ready at the same time. | I booked this house for my sisters bachelorette party and it was AMAZING. The house is literally in the perfect location for a group trip. I had never been to Siesta before so was worried about booking in a good/fun area but from this house there are so many spots to walk to and the beach is a hop skip and jump away. | I use to frequent Siesta Key and nearby beaches when I use to live in Tampa. Now I live in Arizona and my family and friends who have never been to Florida relied on me on a vacation destination in Florida where they wanted something different, therefore I suggested Siesta Key with confidence. I knew the location I wanted (to be close to the quieter part of the public beach and close to the village). You will get it with this property! Everything here is "as advertised"-the location (a block or two to everything you could possibly need), -the responsive management that cared and was very helpful, -the nicely kept pool and hot tub, -and an actual Weber grill! (for those who want to grill a couple of meals during your stay). Only improvement I/we could suggest is... It is time for a new fusbol table and ping pong table (for those that like some downtime entertainment). I get it though...Florida humidity can wear down those two items mentioned.... | We very much enjoyed our stay on Siesta Key. This property is only a 5 minute walk to the village of Siesta Key where there are multiple restaurants, shops and bars. The public beach is just as close. We did have trouble with the WiFi connection, in terms of it being a strong enough connection for my husband and I to work on our laptops and hold zoom calls. The property manager was attentive and promptly scheduled maintenance to try and fix the problem. The WiFi connection was somewhat improved but was not reliable. The hot tub and pool are very nice. Bedrooms and adjourning bathrooms are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked albeit a bit small. I would definitely recommend this property. | We were the first ones to stay in this house after it was remodeled. It greatly exceeded our expectations! It was BEAUTIFUL! plenty of room for all of us (my parents, my 2 siblings and their spouses and my husband and I and our 2.5 year old and 7 month old). It had absolutely everything we needed and more! And Everything in it was BRAND SPANKING NEW! Since we were the first ones there were a few tiny things that needed some attention and the manager was ON IT, we appreciated the immediate attention they gave us! They were kind and courteous, fabulous hosts! This home is in the BEST location! We rented cars but we sure would not have needed too!!! You can walk to everything or take the island shuttles if you want to go to a different beach access or something. The food on the island is AMAZING, as are the beaches! For the beach, the house came with LOADS of beach towels, a wagon, beach toys, and beach chairs. The pool and hot tub in this house are AMAZING, We loved how they were connected, we could all still be sitting together, but those that wanted to be in the pool could be in the pool and still be part of the conversation of those in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub have different colored lights, which is fun at night, and also a fountain. You could control the house and pool and hot tub temperature to where you were comfortable. The way the house is set up, we didn't hear our neighbors at all and really only saw them a few brief times, which was great, and very private. The grill in the backyard was super nice and brand new. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, 2 with showers, 1 with a bathtub/shower. then there was a half bath off the kitchen. There was a pull out sofa in the living room as well. Every room had a nice tv and was simply adorable!! The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean! The kitchen is well stocked and had anything you could possibly need. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this house. | My family and I stayed here for 5 days and we truly enjoyed it. The house was big enough to accommodate 11 (7adults 4 children ages 5-9). The house was very clean and the decor was refreshing. I’d advise that you buy trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels if you plan on staying more than a couple of days. There is a super market just down the street. We accidentally got locked out of the house, but maintenance arrived within 5 minutes to help us in. There are two rentals in one house and we had wonder “neighbors”. We shared a pool, but this was ok. The area is very pretty and safe! The beach is beautiful, white sand, and several accesses. The beach was a bit further than I had anticipated. We walked everywhere, but there are trolleys that run throughout the day for tips only if you prefer. As for activities, there is not much to do on the island. Shopping and eating...but there are several fun things you can do if you want to drive or Uber. We took a sightseeing tour and also went to an aquarium. My family was ok with this, as they enjoyed the beach and pool and relaxing. Overall I would say this vacation was a success and we are very happy with the rental. |
