Thunder by the Bay celebrates its 20th anniversary this year as it returns downtown for the block party.  They will also be hosting the festival part of the celebration at the fairgrounds.  Come out to see amazing bikes and enjoy a wide selection of music, food and drinks.  The downtown block party will be on Friday the 16th, with the festival to follow on the 17th & 18th at the fairgrounds.
