Every Tuesday through August 9th the Manasota Track Club hosts a Summer Beach Run at the public beach on Siesta Key.  A kids 1 mile fun run starts at 6:30pm with an adult 3.25 mile adult run which follows at 7pm.  There is a one time $1 dollar sign-up fee for the kids run and all children that participate receive a ribbon and ice pops after they cross the finish line. Once they complete four runs, they get a T-shirt.
