Hosted at Siesta Key's public beach, the Siesta Key Sand Sculpture contest allows local and visiting amateur artists to sculpt their own creation from sand, just like the professionals at the Crystal Classic.  Registration starts at 8am with judging starting at 1pm.  There will be prizes awarded for some and fun for everyone.  Admission is free.
