The Humane Society of Sarasota County is hosting the 20th Annual Howl-O-Ween Pet Costume Contest at Phillipi Estate Park.  Prizes will be awarded in several pet costume catagories.  The is a $15 donation per pet and all proceeds go to benefit the HSSC.  Follow the link for registration.  5500 S.
