Welcome to Stay on Tropic #1, an inviting, updated condo just a quick drive from the pristine, sparkling white sandy beaches on Siesta Key! This beautiful getaway has two bedrooms and one bathroom and access to the duplex’s shared outdoor space, which features plenty of comfortable seating and multiple BBQ grills. Soak up the Florida sunshine at Stay On Tropic #1!

As you enter through the teal door on the ground floor, you’ll be welcomed into a modern living space with a plush sofa, TV, and dining table set for four guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family favorites. Grab a glass of wine or coffee, head to the private screened-in patio, and enjoy quality time with friends and family.

Both bedrooms offer premium mattresses and crisp linens, so each guest will indeed have a peaceful night’s sleep. In the primary bedroom is a Queen bed, and in the second room are two twin beds. The hallway bathroom has a stunning tiled bathroom with a vanity to store essentials and a shower and tub combination.

If you're traveling with friends and family, this location offers three additional condos on the property that are available for rent.
