Arrive at a welcoming home with an open layout and family room with luxe recliner sofas, flat screen television, and room for family game nights. The newly upgraded kitchen will surely make your group's chef smile. Full of cooking essentials, the kitchen has plenty of counter space and two seats at the island for morning coffee talks. The chic dining room table is by a large window, bringing in bright natural lighting for a fun Florida vacation vibe. To the left of the kitchen are a washer and dryer available for guest use.

The beach-themed primary bedroom has a King-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity that provides space for two people to get ready simultaneously and a large walk-in shower. The primary has access to the lanai, perfect for night owls that can't get enough of the tropical breeze. The second guest bedroom is outfitted with a Queen bed, and the third is designed with a bunk bed, a trundle, and crisp, coastal bedding. A fully updated hallway bathroom has a double vanity, shower and tub combination.
