This 3 bedroom waterfront cottage sits directly on Little Sarasota Bay. It features 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath. Offering king beds in the master bedrooms, and 4 bunk beds in the third bedroom, it is ideal for 2 families or couples. The en-suite baths in the 2 masters and the beautiful kitchen have been totally renovated in 2021. The open concept dining and front rooms offer spacious accommodations for large groups. Enjoy fishing or boating just out your front door or walk across the street to your private beach access! Sit on the front deck and watch the parade of boats go by, along with the playful dolphins and a wide variety of birds. You can even rent your own boat nearby, and dock it right in front of the cottage. Boat storage and boat trailer storage is not provided. A charcoal grill and beach equipment are provided for renter's use.
The Cottage is located at Sea Club ll, set on almost four acres of palm, oak and banyan trees. It offers a calm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of Old Florida. Enjoy the sun or take a swim in the brand new pool (heated during cold weather) or the shade at the tiki hut and BBQ area. Walk over to beautiful Crescent Beach to enjoy the sun and surf or to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!

| Southern Ladies Up To Something | Julie | 5 | We stayed in 2A for a girls getaway The house was perfect for 6 ladies There was room for a few more as well The beds were comfy and the bathroom in each bedroom was a great benefit when we were all trying to get ready to go to dinner each evening We had coffee each morning while watching the boats go out for the day We ended each day with a cocktail by sunset while watching the boats come back in The beach was very nice and we found tons of shells The walk to the beach is a little cumbersome across the street and down an alley way especially if you are carrying chairs a cooler floats etc There were several beach chairs at the house for our use There was a cart at the house but the wheel was broken Hopefully they will get a new one There are chairs at the beach that you can use for free There are also tents cabana chairs and umbrellas for rent The pool is very nice too I had a wonderful afternoon nap in the hammock The food at the restaurants in the down town square was amazing We never had a bad meal or bad service The Hub Gambinos and the Oyster Bar were our favorites Great shopping as well We also did a sunset boat tour with Fun Boat Tours This is a must We were there in late July so we did not see dolphins or manatee It was explained to us that the waters there are fairly shallow so they head to deeper waters when it39s hotter Allinall it was a wonderful vacation We would definitely stay at Sea Club again | 08/03/2020 |

| Sea Club II Unit 2A Awesome Stay Highest Recomme | Jeff | 5 | Thanks very much for the awesome accomodations we LOVED our stay at this cottage The place itself was fantasticupdated with 3 nice bedrooms 2 with kings 1 with 4 bunks all of which had en suite bathrooms plus there is a 12 bath off of the common area The kitchen living and dining rooms are updated spacious and comfortable Also it is super convenient to have laundry right there Finally this cottage is DIRECTLY on the intracoastal waterway which makes it so much fun to watch porpoises birds and boats right from your own living room or deck We are very hopeful that we will get to returnthanks | 09/30/2019 |
