Balcony has glass enclosure and open areas. Washer and Dryer inside condo. Private, secured wireless high-speed FIOS Internet connection. Tower 2 has 2 elevators via a small lobby. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
