Take in the warm tropical breezes on the balcony of this updated Tower II, 4th floor condo, walk along the #1 beach in America, with its quartz cool white sand, or take yoga classes at the public beach. We also have a BBQ beachside, and at the community patio where you can also enjoy playing shuffleboard. Swim in any of our three freshwater heated pools, then relax beachside and watch the most gorgeous sunsets!!! If you feel like playing tennis, Siesta Key beach tennis courts are just a short walk from the condo. Also... enjoy the complimentary FIOS TV and secure, private wi-fi. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

| Incredible Resort | Barbara | 5 | This was our fifth visit to Jamaica Royale and we feel like we are visiting family when we come This year we stayed in Unit 406 and the view was spectacular The balcony was huge and the living room kitchen and dining room were nicely updated The bedroom closets were large and the beds were very comfortable The bathrooms could use some updating as the master bath shower door wouldnrsquot close completely so there was a puddle of water on the floor after every shower Other than than that the only other thing that would have added to our enjoyment would have been if the property provided a shuttle to and from the restaurants and bars Unfortunately we didnrsquot see the public shuttle the entire week Thanks so much and wersquoll see you again soon | 06/24/2021 |

| Amazing Views and Beach Location | Aaron | 5 | We loved our stay in Siesta Key Jamaica Royale complex is a great beach location and during our stay the private beach in front of the towers was not crowded Itrsquos located about 1 mile from the village super quick drive The views from 406 overlook the pool and Gulf Of Mexico which our kids took full advantage of during our week long stay We enjoyed several meals on the balcony overlooking the Gulf it was magical Unbeatable location for this condo We had a slight hiccups minor but worth noting The master bed was newly replaced right before our stay which we appreciated but was not super comfortable but not terrible eithernbsp The bathrooms were very tiny but thatrsquos to be expected in these kind of condos They suited just fine The door to the master shower did not stay closed during showers and often there was a puddle on the tile floor that needed mopped up with a towel after The kitchen was nicely appointed with new appliances We were so thankful for the washer and dryer The AC unit worked for the first half of the week with no issues The last few nights when coming in for then night we noticed it didnrsquot seem very cool in the condo After waking up hot I checked and it was 77 when the thermostat was consistently set at 72 It struggled to stay at 75 the rest of the days We let the front desk know of the problem and they did send someone to remedy the problem I wish we would have let them know sooner this was our first time to Florida and it was super hot outside I wasnrsquot sure what to expect with how well the AC units kept up We had an amazing week in SK with our 4 teenagers The condo provided a great space for us to call home for the week with just some minor bumps in the road Would definitely recommend and come back | 08/06/2020 |
