Description
This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit has been updated with paint, flooring and new furniture in the last few months. A very nice unit located in the garden area of our beautifully landscaped property, but close to the beach and pools. No walking across Midnight Pass Road! We are on the Gulf! Feel free to swim in any of the three heated pools, play shuffleboard and BBQ at the community patio. How about a beachside sunset BBQ? This condo is furnished with all the amenities of home, it even has a grab bar in the master bathroom shower for those with little ones. Have an enjoyable stay, and we thank you for staying in our piece of paradise. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

| Thanks for a wonderful time | Amy | 4 | This was our 6th trip to Siesta Key and Jamaica Royale since 2010 We39ve stayed in unit 4 on our first 2 trips and then 306 and 406 for the other threeand now unit 83 for our 6th trip While 83 sleeps 6 there isn39t 6 places to sit and eat It would be helpful to have 3 smaller bar stools at the island instead of twoor find the 4th dining table chair and be able to pull the table out The living area is very crowded for 6 people We did appreciate having beach toys and the wagon available for our usethat was very nice We didn39t have much interaction with the staff outside of the fact that I talked to the maintenance guy several times during our stay while he was putting back beach chairs andor checking on the trash at the pool closest to the beach He was very nice and pleasant although I didn39t think to ask his name We will return to Siesta Key sometime in the future since it39s our favorite Florida destination We will likely stay at Jamaica Royale again since it39s the only place we39ve stayed Thank you for a lovely spot to call home for several days Memories were definitely made during out stay | 06/09/2019 |
