Welcome to Jamaica Royale Tower ll, Unit #302. Enjoy breathtaking views from your enclosed lanai or one of your two balconies. Only a few short steps away from Trip Advisor #1 beach rated in the US or one of the three beautifully maintained heated pools. Our designated parking spot is located just a few short steps away from the elevators. The condo has been completely renovated and beautifully decorated. This two bedroom, two bathroom unit has new porcelain tile through out. Newly painted, with new updated blinds. Updated kitchen and bathrooms with the guest bathroom having a walk-in shower and the master bathroom has a combination shower/tub. Washer and dryer are included in the unit. The living room has a new 55 Smart TV (Netflix/Hulu) ready. The lanai and master bedroom are both equipped with flat screen TV’s. The Village is just a short distance away with a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Just call one of the Free Rides or catch a free trolley ride. Enjoy your home away from home. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

| Beautiful condo pool and sand | Scott | 5 | We spent a week in unit 302 and it was beautiful The unit is updated and provided everything we wished for and more beach wagon beach chairs keurig washerdryer The kitchen had everything we needed The lanai was a wonderful place to enjoy meals as a family The lanai has glass and screen doors therfore it can be used as an air conditioned room or warm screened in roomThere were just a few things we wished we could tweak about the condo Most importantly the king mattress is very soft and broken in therefore it did not provide any back support The master would benefit from a new mattress The queen beds are firm and comfortableIt is also important to note that Jamaica Royale provides one roll of paper towels and two rolls of oneply toilet paper per bathroom We needed to pick more of each Thankfully there is a Publix store nearby Prices were similar to our grocery store in Ohio and we made a few trips for groceriesOnto the outdoors The sand was beautiful and soft and it stayed amazingly cool in the hot sun The kids loved playing in the sand for hoursWe were surprised that Jamaica Royale only combed the beach once during our stay More grooming would have been great since there was more seaweed in the water and on the beach than we expected The water appeared a beautiful blue in photos but it was not clear up close We recognize that it may have just been an off week due to storms further out in the gulfWe would happily return to Jamaica Royale and unit 302 | 11/02/2019 |
