Enjoy the morning sun on the patio of this lovely updated 1 bedroom 1 bath garden view unit located in the garden/pool area of a beautifully landscaped property. This unit offers 2 queen-size beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit is very fresh and updated. Simply walk right out your patio door to one of our three pools. A very short walk to the community patio BBQ and shuffleboard, unless you want to BBQ at sunset on the beach. There is also a Tiki hut where you could either hide from the sun or enjoy your beachside BBQ. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request..

| Excellent would highly recommend | Robert | 5 | We chose this unit after looking through pictures of many other units and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this was The remodeled and fully stocked kitchen and remodeled bathroom with a private bedroom no Murphy bed here gave the feel of a highend hotel suite with the benefit of being right outside one of the pools and only a short walk to a lovely spot on the beach It was great to have covered parking in front of the unit and a guest parking pass for local family We already are planning for our next visit | 08/17/2022 |
| Nice quiet location | Laurel | 5 | My family and I have been coming to Jamaica Royale for close to 50 years Its the only place we stay on Siesta Key I have since introduced my husband to Siesta Key and we have not stayed at Jamaica Royale four times in the Garden Apartments This time we stayed closer to Midnight Pass Rd near the pool and we loved being right next to the pool However in the past we stayed closer to the beach and would go to the beach more We tended to stay by the pool Our unit was updated and clean I wish the shower head had more pressure But everything else was wonderful I would consider staying in this apartment again because of less foot traffic walking by and it being so quiet Wish we could have stayed longer than a week | 06/02/2022 |
