Take in the warm tropical breezes on the balcony of this updated Tower II, 2nd floor condo, walk along the #1 beach in America, with its quartz cool white sand, or take yoga classes at the public beach. We also have a BBQ beachside, and at the community patio where you can also enjoy playing shuffleboard. Swim in any of our three heated pools, then relax beachside and watch the most gorgeous sunsets!!! If you feel like playing tennis, Siesta Key beach tennis courts are just a short walk from the condo. Also... enjoy the complimentary FIOS TV and secure, private wi-fi. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

| Great for a family | Matthew | 5 | We LOVED our recent stay in 204 at Jamaica Royale We traveled with two little kids so gearing the review for others with small children Location is great super convenient to get tofrom the parking lot or pool or beach The parking space is covered keeping your vehicle and car seats much cooler This unit is right by the elevator too which is great when your hands are full The kitchen is well equipped and there is a set of kidfriendly melamine plates and two melamine bowls There is no kidfriendly cutlery but we managed with some plastic forksspoons for our 2yearold Youd need to BYO sippylidded cups Nice new dishwasher was not secured to the countertop during our stay and tipped forward when racks pulled out The bottom dishwasher rack does not roll out easily RE the potspans theres a lot in the cabinet but no decent nonstick option for eggs or pancakes etc The fridge and freezer both worked great the fridge took some time to rally after our grocery run but then stayed cold all week with no issues Pantry cabinets hold plenty of snacks and supplies There were a few plastic storage containers for leftovers Plenty of space at the large dining table and the dining chairs have wipeable seat cushions Bedrooms are both large enough to easily accommodate a pack and play or air mattress we brought our own and the linens needed for these we did see an air mattress in one of the closets but its not in the unit description so may have been left by a previous visitor no idea if it holds air Main BR has a blackout shade that is awesome but note that the secondary BR shade is NOT room darkening and theres a bright exterior light outside the window There are extra pillows and blankets in the closets if needed no extra sheets There is indeed a stacked washer and dryer in 204 to allow for midstay laundry needs BYO detergent We found lots of beach toys in a closet and nice pool floats parked on the balcony There are plenty of chairs and loungers available to pull out to the beach No umbrella provided so BYO shade if you need it We loved it here and had a wonderful relaxing stay Kids had a blast and slept like rocks at night Wed absolutely come back again and appreciated everything this unit had to offer Bonus owners have great taste in art | 05/11/2021 |
