This unit has significant upgrades which includes a Bosch washer and dryer, gourmet stainless chef's kitchen with granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new kitchen essentials, tableware and small appliances which makes dining and entertaining easy! The condo has a large patio/balcony with table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the gorgeous sunsets of Siesta Key! The living area includes a large sectional and an electric leather swivel, rocker recliner....perfect for catching some afternoon ZZZZZ's or watching the 60 inch SMART TV(Netflix and Hula ready) with HD service and Blue Ray. Don't forget to check out all the vintage photos of Siesta Key! The large Master bedroom has a King size bed complete with the famous Marriott Resort mattress to ensure a good nights sleep! You can lay in bed and watch TV on the 46 in flat screen TV or simply enjoy the gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico! The second bedroom has two full size beds, another flat screen TV and a walk-in closet! There are many guest amenities which includes high speed internet, cordless phones, large vanity mirror, hair dryers, emergency medical kit and a safe in the Master for all your valuables! Jamaica Royale is a beautifully maintained and friendly complex. There are 3 heated, fresh water pools and the Beachfront pool is just steps away from our elevator. The BBQ is conveniently located to the side of our tower. Jamaica Royale has lounge chairs on the beach and tables, chairs and umbrellas by the pool for your convenience! Pack your flip flops and enjoy the #1 Beach in the World! This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.

| Beautiful unit and great view | Callie | 5 | We got married on Siesta Key Beach on 872021 and had a lovely stay at Jamaica Royale in unit T52 Despite the red tide and some occasional rain the weather was great and we were able to have a beautiful beach ceremony and then enjoy the beach and water for our honeymoon The unit is very nicely updated well stocked kitchen need to purchase your own cooking spray oil salt etc closets with various beach items bring your own beach towels some cleaning products available as well The view from the patio and from the master bedroom were great Our only negative review would be that there is only 1 elevator very slow and small and the unit ceiling fans only have 1 very slow speed We would visit this property and unit again in the future | 08/19/2021 |
