This luxurious Lake House townhome directly adjacent to America's famed #1 beach - Siesta Beach, offers a spacious bi-level layout that includes separate dining and living rooms with Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware and a suite of stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, glass top range, refrigerator and built-in microwave. The laundry includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The large living room features theater-style seating with twin power recliners, a full-size sofa bed and access to the lighted balcony for dining, reading or sunning overlooking the lake. The master bedroom suite also opens onto the balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, closet and dressing area. The second bedroom has an adjacent full second bathroom. The unit offers central A/C, ample closet and storage space, flat screen HD TV's in each bedroom and a large flat screen HD TV with a special HD movie and sports package.
