Off the large living room there is a balcony overlooking the grounds. The master bedroom suite also opens onto a balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with closets and dressing area. The second bedroom has an adjacent full second bathroom. Lake House offers central A/C, ample closets and storage space, high-speed Internet, cable TV in the living room and each bedroom, and garage parking for one car. The development includes a private pool, covered pavilion area with a BBQ, a picnic area and tennis courts. | Another Great Summer Memory | Patricia | 5 | This is our 29th year at Our House at the Beach We have stayed in several different Lake Houses I was impressed with the cleanlinesssanitation of the unit at checkin C102rsquos location is convenient to the pool and beach It was nice not having any overhead neighbors all week The unit is well appointed with all the amenities we are used to having I liked the restyled kitchen and master bathroom renovations The entire complexrsquo outdoor foliage and plantings are beautiful It seemed like a major landscaping update since our last visit Looking forward to another visit next year | 08/02/2021 |

| Maryanne | 5 | This is a great place to stay We love the location proximity to the beach pool and tennis courts The townhouses are very clean and nicely decorated It is a pleasure to deal with a small business and talk to a person not a machine Theresa is so nice and helpful We had an issue with the kitchen sink leaking under the cabinet I called in the morning and a repairman came while we were at the beach and it was fixed by the time we came back We like the ease of entering the complex and the garage It is also very quiet Hopefully we will be back next year | 05/09/2019 | |
