Description
Walk through the door and the amazing views will take your breath away from our third floor condo!! This condo has been completely remodeled and refurnished and provides the modern conveniences of home. All the appliances are new and modern. When you're ready to explore the beach, beach chairs and an umbrella are provided in our personal storage locker. The lanai is enclosed for privacy and comfort; but the windows run the entire length. The 2 side windows crank open so you can feel the ocean breezes as you enjoy your favorite beverage or meal. This property is very well located and you can easily stroll to the 'Village' area where you'll find restaurants, shopping, ice cream, and night life. This condo sleeps 4 and is equipped with a queen in the master bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the livingroom. 1 week minimum rental.
