Amazing Location! Pet Friendly. Beautiful Duplex located 1 house away from beach! Amazing Location! This beautiful decorated duplex features all the conveniences of home with a fully equipped kitchen and linens provided. This duplex sleeps 6 and is equipped with a Queen in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the guest bedroom. The pool is shared with the attached duplex (1012) and you are just a short walk to the beach. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are provided. Point of Rocks is a small, quiet, residential neighborhood on Siesta Key, a few blocks south of Stickney Point Road. This location is also just a short walk to the “Mid Key†Siesta South shopping and restaurants. Pet Friendly Pool heaters are turned on beginning Thanksgiving week and run until May1st. Heaters are set to 84 degrees.
