Beautiful Duplex located 1 house away from beach! Amazing Location! This beautifull decorated duplex features all the conveniences of home with a fully equipped kitchen and linens provided. This duplex sleeps 6 and is equipped with a king in the master bedroom (a spiral staircase leads to this room), a queen and 2 twins in the guest bedrooms. The pool is shared with the attached duplex (1010) and you are just a short walk to the beach (access 13). A gas grill and a charcoal grill are provided. There are televisions located in the master bedroom and the livingroom. Point of Rocks is a small, quiet, residential neighborhood on Siesta Key, a few blocks south of Stickney Point Road. This location is also just a short walk to the “Mid Key†Siesta South shopping and restaurants. Pool heaters are turned on beginning Thanksgiving week and run until May1st. Heaters are set to 84 degrees.
