Description
Lake house offers a generous bi-level layout that includes separate dining and living rooms spaces. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, flatware, and has full-sized appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and washer and dryer for your convenience. Off the large living room there is a balcony overlooking the grounds. The master bedroom suite also opens onto a balcony and has an en-suite bathroom with closets and dressing area. The second bedroom has an adjacent full second bathroom. Lake House offers central A/C, ample closets and storage space, high-speed Internet, cable TV in the living room and each bedroom, and garage parking for one car. The development includes a private pool, covered pavilion area with a BBQ, a picnic area and tennis courts. This Lake House unit is right across the street from Siesta Key public beach, making a splash in the ocean or just a walk on the sugar sand beach a just a few steps away.

| Awesome Vacation | Roger | 5 | Once again we had a great time renting C106 in Siesta Key The condo was cleanhellipmy 1 priorityhellip and had everything we needed in place so all we had to do was shop for food and enjoy There were a couple of hiccups with the washer and dishwasher but Teresa contacted the owners and the issues were promptly repaired Our House at the Beach complex is just the right size The pool area is crowded at certain times of the day so we chose off times to enjoy Everyone is friendly and helpful and enjoy seeing children having a great time in the water Itrsquos so nice to be surrounded by all age groups and we have yet to have a negative experience with out of control renters All renters seem to understand the value of being kind and considerate We will return next year and hopefully many more years in the future to enjoy all that Siesta Key and Sarasota have to offer | 03/07/2022 |
